I have no complaints. You pretty much seat yourself the wait wasn't too long. I got the brisket quesadilla sweet potato fries both were amazing! the jumbo pretzel was really good aswell. I also got a TX Mule it wasn't really strong I actually could've skipped it.. but I definitely would come back. Update * I came back and got the same thing and ordered a voka cranberry, this may be my new favorite spot, it's just the inside is a bit small but alot of outdoor seating

This is one of few restaurants I can confidently say it is a 10/10. I could not name a single thing that I would change or went wrong. The music was great, sound quality great, plenty of seating on a Friday evening, food was absolutely amazing for both me and my wife. I just had wisdom teeth removed and definitely shouldn't have eaten but I chewed through the pain because it was so good. Our dog loved it and loved the attention, got her own pup cup and was very welcomed. My wife and I will definitely return every time we pass through Dallas. (I recommend the brisket quesadilla)

My family and I visited Tipsy Oak last night, and it was a phenomenonal experience in every regard! I had the brisket tacos, (10/10) my wife had fried shrimp, my daughter ordered grilled cheese and fries, and my little boy ordered a very adult meal - blacked salmon. You know the food is great when nobody speaks because they're too busy chowing down! 😆 Our server, Anastasia, was friendly, knowledgeable, and stayed on top of things! This place's menu feels like a hybrid of a comfort food and fine dining, and the atmosphere is low key and relaxed. If you're from out of town and looking for great food at decent prices, Tipsy Oak is the spot!

This is my favorite spot to go to when im in the downtown area. Food ,service and atmosphere is all good here. The outside seating is my favorite on sunny or cold days (they have heating and fire tabletops outside) and live music. if i can recommend anything the fried calamari is the best here, cooked to perfection,fried perfectly and covered in a delicious sauce.

We decided to go to The Tipsy Oak prior to a show, and we were so glad that we did. Our sever was incredible - upbeat, attentive, and all smiles despite a busy Friday evening. Our food was excellent - tasty with larger than expected portion sizes, and great prices! The Tipsy Oak also features an awesome drink menu with lots of seasonal favorites. And the restaurant atmosphere was super fun. They have a huge patio that wraps around 2/3rds of the restaurant, but if outdoor dining isn't your thing, they have a lively indoor area with plenty of TVs to take in the latest sports action. Highly recommended!
